Kyle was able to get me pre-qualified quickly and helped me learn about the home loan process. He responded to all my questions. I was concerned that the interest rate and closing costs were high, but he and his team were able to explain how about a third of it was prepaying costs and setting up an escrow account (they even recorded a custom video explanation). So it turns out that I only paid about 2% in fees for all parties involved including HOA. The interest rate was good for a condo. Closing date was a few days before the estimate and the whole process from first inquiry took about a month.
